  • Python basics for imaging (NumPy, OpenCV)
  • Notebooks, environments, and typical workflow
1 hour 30 min Hands-on: Image Analysis
  • Data cleaning: file checks, resizing/letterboxing,
  • Visualization: channels, histograms, overlays
  • Model development (classification): train/val split, simple CNN
  • Validation: accuracy, ROC-AUC, confusion matrix; saving the best model
30 min Deployment demo: PoC diagnostics with AI - 30 min
  • Oral image classification - Mobile phone based
  • Molecular Cytology AI for early detection
  • Thyroid USG - AI risk stratification (USG segmentation and classification)
